When you step onto your mat, the mind might shout, "Nailed it!"
But pause. Feel deeper.
Did you really land the pose — or did you force your body to fake it?
True yoga isn’t about striking a perfect shape for the camera.
It’s about waking up inside your own skin.
It's about feeling every line, every angle, every breath with raw honesty.
When we don’t pay attention to alignment, the body whispers...then screams.
It compensates.
It hides weakness.
It trades grace for ego.
And if we ignore those whispers long enough, discomfort becomes injury, and passion becomes pain.
In my practice — and in the way I live my life — I’m not here to pretend.
I’m here to listen.
To adjust.
To honor what’s real.
Sometimes the body flows like fire. Sometimes it stumbles through resistance.
Both are sacred.
Both are the truth.
Yoga isn’t about nailing it.
It’s about falling in love with the conversation between your heart and your bones
If you're craving more than just poses — if you want to reignite the passion in your practice and your life — I'm here.
Reach out. Let’s build your fire, one honest breath at a time.
